Linda M. Gallant
About: My work includes the application of research methods to social computing and the maximization of information and communication technology (ICT) to advance human communication in multiple contexts – healthcare, politics, social spaces (third places) and the workplace. Central to my work is how New Media facilitates human communication by investigating Internet-based technologies as communication artifacts, especially as self-organizing social systems that reflect social and economic trends.
